Textbook material covered in the lesson

We noted the figures given in the book on the bottom of page 28 were from 2009 (six years out of date) so I asked everyone to find out if they could discover more up to date figures for some of these social media organisations.

We discovered that few people in the group had ever had a female boss and had few dresscode restrictions on what to wear at work.

a misapplied quotation

The quotation:

“If a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind,

Is often associated with Einstein whose desk was notoriously cluttered (see picture):

but was actually said by Laurance Peter (a Canadian teacher and hierachiologist_, a term coined by him to describe people who study human social hierachiesorganization

He is most famous for his Peter Principle which states that:

employees only stop being promoted once they can no longer perform effectively, and “managers rise to the level of their incompetence.”
