transcript of John F. Kennedy’s speech in Berlin in 1963

I was asked if I could find a transcript of the famous “Ich bin ein Berliner” speech given by John F. Kennedy on 26 June 1963 in Berlin.

There is an interesting problem there is no transcription of the actual speech as given. You can find the published text not the actual words spoken so there may be differences between this transcript and what was actually said.
